How it works

From payment to data in two minutes

No forms, no verification, no waiting for a physical card. Here is exactly what happens when you buy.

01

Choose a balance

Pick any starting amount from $10 upward and pay the one-time $5 setup fee. There is no plan to choose, no country bundle to guess at and no monthly commitment. The balance is simply credit you spend as you travel.

02

Pay how you like

Monero, Bitcoin on-chain, Bitcoin over Lightning, USDT, or an ordinary card. Crypto payments confirm automatically. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, who sees a card charge and nothing about your eSIM or your travel.

03

Install the profile

The moment payment settles, a QR code and a manual activation string appear on screen. Scan it in your phone settings and the eSIM profile is installed alongside your normal SIM. Nothing is emailed unless you ask for it.

04

Save your recovery token

Instead of a username and password you get a single recovery token. It is shown once, and only a hash of it is stored on our side. Paste it into the account page later to see your balance, usage and QR code again.

05

Turn on data roaming

Set the MoneroSim profile as your data line and enable data roaming for it. Roaming is how the profile reaches partner networks abroad; it does not mean roaming charges, because your rate is the local rate we publish.

06

Top up whenever

Add any amount at any time with the same recovery token. There is no second setup fee and no expiry date, so leftover credit waits for the next trip rather than evaporating at the end of the month.

What we know about you

Almost nothing, and that is deliberate. There is no signup form, so there is no name, no email address and no phone number attached to your eSIM. If you pay in Monero the payment itself carries no traceable sender. What remains is what any mobile network must handle to route your traffic: the partner network you are connected to, and the volume of data you use, so that your balance can be debited correctly.

  • No identity document, ever
  • No account, no password, no email required
  • Recovery token stored only as a hash
  • Payment providers never see what you bought
  • Usage data limited to what billing requires

If you lose your token

The honest answer is that a lost token cannot be recovered by us, because we deliberately do not hold anything that could prove the eSIM is yours. That is the trade the design makes: real anonymity means no recovery desk. Save the token in a password manager, or optionally attach an email address at checkout purely as a backup delivery channel if you prefer convenience over maximum privacy.

Get connected without handing over your identity

One balance, 200+ countries, no expiry. Pay with Monero, Bitcoin, Lightning, USDT or card.
