Returns

MoneroSIM eSIMs are delivered digitally, so there is nothing physical to return.

Refunds

Unused balance is refundable in crypto to an address you supply, minus network fees, for 30 days from purchase.

The one-time setup fee is not refundable once a profile has been issued. Refunds are not available on balance already consumed.

How to request a refund

Email help@monerosim.com with your eSIM details and the crypto address you want the refund sent to.
